ABOUT PROJECT 412
Based in Orlando, FL, Project 412 was created in Spring 2024 by owner and baker, Alyssa, as a passion project following her vacation to South Korea. Inspired by the overwhelming cafe culture and many unique bakeries in Seoul, Project 412 was born out of experimenting with those unique flavor combinations and baking styles. With a strong attention to detail and a creative mind, Alyssa has also grown with the business and is proud to offer custom cakes for any occasion. Project 412 strives to create quality treats with a variety of unique flavors to bring a taste of Seoul's cafe culture to Florida!
