Yes! All orders are baked no more than a day before being shipped/delivered locally!
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, we require a purchase minimum of $15 in order to place an order.
How far in advance should I order?
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend contacting us with your need-based inquiry. Otherwise, please allow up to a week for your order to be fulfilled and delivered!
Are your cookies allergy-friendly?
Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
Do you offer custom flavors?
Yes! Any custom flavor requests can be ordered via our custom orders! Please contact us regarding any custom orders you may be interested in.
Can I pick up my order or do you offer delivery? Do you ship orders?
Local delivery is available by appointment. Delivery is also available for catered events or large orders.
At this time, we do offer shipping within the U.S. All cookies are packaged to preserve freshness and design integrity.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we are only shipping within the United States, but hopefully we can offer an international shipping option soon!
How long does shipping take?
Depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout, shipping times can vary. Orders can arrive anywhere between 5-12 business days after being dropped off.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by using your order confirmation email to view your order status! Once shipped, your tracking number will be provided on your order status page.
